About Vernette
Vernette Shapland (Ngāti Kahungunu ki Wairoa) is a Māori business owner passionate about systemisation, sustainability and digital solutions.
At Reach she supports service-based businesses to improve systems and workflows, blending Te Ao Māori with innovation to create practical, people-focused solutions.
She is also the founder of Nnette Ltd, an eco-accommodation venture in the Wairarapa that reflects her values of sustainability and connection to place.
Outside of work she enjoys time in the olive grove, exploring the Wairarapa coastlines or mentoring upcoming business leaders.
